Organization 4.0+: Techno-empowerment, cyborgization and autonomous AI
In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the role of technology in business, organization and everyday life is changing dynamically. This change is illustrated by the phenomenon of techno-empowerment, according to which more and more responsibilities are taken over by hybrid cyber-physical systems, and more decision-making autonomy is given to artificial intelligence. During the session, the results of research will be presented, which show when people are more willing to give technology the autonomy in decision-making. The presentation will take participants to the world of autonomous investors, autonomous office assistants and autonomous vehicles. Against this background, examples of modern cyborgs and their role in the changing world will be shown.
